Martina Caiazzo is a Design Strategist who designs not only how your brand looks, but how it works—and why people should care.
With a background that bridges industrial design, digital communication and entrepreneurship, Martina has launched and led more than 10 successful crowdfunding campaigns, raising over 2 million dollars for design-driven projects.
This hands-on experience means she doesn’t just tell your story — she knows how to position it, validate it and bring it to market.
Martina Caiazzo is a Design Strategist who uses storytelling as a strategic tool to shape brands, products and experiences. With a background that bridges design consultancies and entrepreneurial practice, she has spent years working at the intersection of design leadership, integrated communication and innovation.
After her early experience in design consultancies, Martina became partner of one of the first crowdfunding startups in Italy, helping to launch and position design-driven products for international markets. This hands-on work on campaigns, narratives and go-to-market strategies has given her a concrete understanding of how ideas move from concept to story, and from story to tangible results for brands, companies and startups.
Today, through her practice, she leads interdisciplinary projects that connect industrial design, visual culture and communication. She collaborates with established brands and emerging realities on the Italian and international scene, defining positioning, narratives and creative directions that are consistent across products, spaces and digital channels.
For IED – Istituto Europeo di Design, Martina is Professor at the Design Faculty with her own course in Project Storytelling, where she teaches students how to use narrative thinking as a design tool. Between 2021 and 2024 she also collaborated as Strategic Communication Consultant for the Special Projects division, working alongside companies and institutions on education-driven innovation projects.
Martina is co-founder and curator of MONOMIO, a digital design boutique offering limited edition pieces created in collaboration with emerging designers and contemporary artists, and since 2018 she has been actively involved in le-strade.com, an Italian digital magazine for urban explorers.
Over the years, her projects have been featured in national and international media including Elle Decor, AD Italia, Dezeen, The Guardian, Internazionale, la Repubblica, Report Raitre, Corriere della Sera, CBC News, La7, This is Colossal, among others – reflecting a trajectory rooted in design culture and oriented towards experimentation, clarity and impact.

How it works
STUDIOBLUM works as a flexible creative hub: Martina leads the strategy and narrative using the design thinking methodology and activating a trusted network of designers, art directors, photographers, filmmakers and digital specialists when needed. Together, they build clear, coherent ecosystems around your brand — from qualitative research and positioning to the product and the visual identity, from the tone of voice to the content strategy and so on.
The result is a partner who thinks like a designer, writes like a copywriter and plans like an entrepreneur, aligning creativity and business so your next project can grow, resonate and perform to the right audience.
